The Bill (Reg.№4176) envisages the ordering of the issues concerning the allotment of the "services" (on paid and free of charge basis) by the State Power Bodies, Power Bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Self-Governing Bodies and Budget Institutions in case the rate of the charge is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Local Self-Governing Bodies.
During the discussion the People´s Deputies emphasized on the necessity of the delimitation and definition of the criteria concerning the state services allotment; which are to be paid and which free of charge.
Charge for the services would be directed to the State and Local Budgets.
